A buzz of discussions broke out the moment that Oathkeeper finished his words, many Hegemonies having differing opinions about this!
THRUM!
Yet the figure of the Oathkeeper released a terrifying pressure at this moment as his body shone with gorgeous splendor, his voice ringing out again.
"The Oath is very simple as there is no harm in it and we all only benefit from the security knowing there are no enemies among us. Any Hegemony who shows unwillingness towards this...has something to hide and will be labeled an enemy to be killed with extreme prejudice!"
WAA!
…!
Overbearing!
Dominant!
The Oathkeeper let out such an aura as all discussions stopped!
He effectively told them that either they agree and make the Oath, or they would be labeled an enemy.
What an awe inspiring sense of power!
This was something that only Hegemonies at the level of Oathkeeper, Chronos, and the Goliath of the Primordial Cosmos would be able to do. It was restricted to beings that controlled unique Cosmic Laws that others couldn't even dream of.
OOOM!
Mana overflowed from the Oathkeeper's body as in front of him, a golden book materialized as it swirled with a unique dao.
The appearance of this book caused the eyes of many beings to turn reminiscent as it reminded them of years long gone, when many of them broke into the Universal Realm at the moment of their ascension, Oathkeeper appeared in front of them soon after as they swore an Oath with the very same book they were seeing right now!
The process of connecting all of the Galaxies within one's Origin and birthing a Universal Seed was a magnificent affair, the aura of every newly appearing Universal Realm Hegemony when they bloomed their Universal Seed being an event that was sensed across nearby Universes.
This was how not a single being had escaped swearing the Oath that kept order and Hegemonies in check for the past millions of years within the Primordial Cosmos, every single Universal expert coming in contact with this specific book.
Now, this book had appeared in front of the Hegemonies once more!
This was the Book of Oaths that kept all the Oaths under the Dao of the Oath Keeper, a book that had a simple mechanism of requiring a being to place their hand on a single page as they swore an Oath.
The eyes of the Oathkeeper shone with power and might as he glanced at the direction of the nearest Hegemonies, his voice ringing out majestically as his golden hair and bright wings vibrated powerfully.
"Make the Oath."
RUMBLE!
It wasn't a request anymore as it even seemed like a command, yet the common Hegemonies nearby could not deny as they began to step forward!
The first ones were the Hegemonies that were close allies with the Oathkeeper to begin with, beings that he had called upon when the chase with Dark Shadow first began. They stepped forward as the first one placed their hands on a page of the book, calling out loudly.
"I am not an enemy of the Primordial Cosmos, nor am I colluding with Chronos!"
THRUM!
The page that the Hegemony touched glowed bright gold, Oathkeeper nodding his head as the Hegemony moved aside, the page on the Book of Oaths flipping as a blank one appeared waiting for yet another palm to lay on it.
Like a procession of beings, every single Hegemony went towards the Book of Oaths and made an oath that they weren't enemies or colluding with Chronos and his group!
"I am not an enemy of the Primordial Cosmos, nor am I colluding with Chronos!"
WAA!
All the Hegemonies nearby had gone as Noah and Valentina's party was up next, Valentina had a sharp light crossing through her eyes before she went forward and placed her palm on the floating book in front of the Oathkeeper.
Her words were light.
"I am not an enemy of the Primordial Cosmos, nor am I colluding with Chronos."
…
The page shone gold. The Oathkeeper nodded his head as Valentina stepped aside. The gaze of this domineering being that even commanded Hegemonies then landed on the figures of Noah and Adelaide.
Noah had a light smile as the gaze of this terrifying being focused on him, walking forward with light steps while holding on to Adelaide's hand. The pair of figures looked more at peace than even the hegemonies here, as if they were merely a couple on a sightseeing trip!
And it was actually so for Adelaide as she didn't put any of the powerful beings aside from her man in her eyes, her fair hand being the first to land on the Book of Oaths as she would actually be the first existence at the level of a Paragon to lay their hand on this book.
"I am not an enemy of the Primordial Cosmos, nor am I colluding with Chronos."
The book shone gold as the same Oath that was said by everyone else rang out from Adelaide, her figure stepping back as Noah stepped forward while staring at the glimmering golden book. His eyes glimmered with an unknown light as even he was curious how this would turn out!
Adelaide had no care for the events of the Primordial Cosmos as she didn't even know who Chronos was, so he wasn't worried about her.
What about him though? What about the holder of the Cosmic Dao of Ruination that directly opposed the nature of the Primordial Cosmos?!
'Let's see'
With an expectant gaze, Noah's palm landed on the Book of Oaths.
"...I am not an enemy of the Primordial Cosmos, nor am I colluding with Chronos."
…
A second passed.
No golden light shone.
RUMBLE!
The eyes of many Hegemonies constricted as the body of Oathkeeper began to tremble with immense might!
The golden skies suddenly turned oppressive as the attention of everyone focused on Noah at this very moment. Among the groups of Hegemonies that had not yet sworn an oath, their eyes flashed with unknown lights as they seemed to hold confusion.
A change had occurred in those swearing Oaths for the first time today!
