Chapter 1519: Cloudy Qilin Clan’s secret (4)

She continued in exasperation, “Alright, as a man, stop being so naggy to keep on asking and asking and asking. Anyway this mechanism is of no threat to you so you’d better hurry on in to take a look. See if there’s any clues in the secret room that can help us to leave this place!”

Li Moying looked at her angry face as his lips couldn’t help but curled upwards.

His Li’er definitely wanted to have a look around the secret room but too bad… although she had ninth grade thunder attributed innate talent, but she wasn’t able to enter so it was no wonder that she was feeling so gloomy.

But even if she put on an angry look, she was still so adorable.

Alright I’ll head in first. Be obedient and wait here for me, don’t run about.” He instructed.

Huang Yueli gave a snort, “Isn’t that gibberish? Where else can I run off to?”

Li Moying smiled as he turned around into the secret room.

Huang Yueli was waiting on the outside for quite some time and felt a little bored hence she got up to add security onto the array, changing the magical beasts cores which were almost depleted of energy.

This kind of defensive array which blocked out those magical beasts actually used up quite a huge amount of resources.

For them to keep the array on throughout the day and night needed a fresh batch of seventh grade magical beast cores every four hours. This was simply burning money and there were many ninth stage realm practitioners who did not have such capacity, hence they would naturally feel their hearts ache and their entire being ache as well as a huge headache!

But Huang Yueli herself was wealthy enough, not to mention that she had a fiancé who was at her beck and call, responsible for getting the magical beast cores hence there wasn’t much reluctance in her at all.

After waiting for around two hours, Li Moying walked out from the secret room.

Huang Yueli immediately went up to him as she interrogated, “You’re finally out! What’s there in the secret room? Have you found any useful clues?”

Li Moying smiled and suddenly raised his hand and hung something around Huang Yueli’s neck.

“This is for you, do you like it?”

Huang Yueli lowered her head to take a look and her eyes immediately grew wide with joy.

Li Moying had given her an impressively carved jade made out of a piece of rainbow spirit crystal. Furthermore the lustre was exceptional, more crystal clear than those seven pieces which existed in Soaring Heavens Continents. She could also clearly sensed the unmatchable powerful energy which was contained inside!

She stretched out her hand to touch this rainbow spirit crystal pendant as she simply loved it so much that she couldn’t bear to part with it, “It’s so pretty! Did you find it in the secret room?”

Li Moying nodded, “There are a lot of thunder attributed Profound Artifacts and cultivation methods and also some medicinal pills. But only this, I guessed that you’d like it very much. In the past didn’t you always hope to have one?”

Huang Yueli’s smile was radiant.

In her past life, she had always wanted a piece of rainbow spirit crystal and Mu Chengying had risked his life to get one for her but she’s not expecting him to still remember this in this lifetime…..

“Unfortunately, I wonder if that piece in my past life had exploded along with my self-explosion. Even if it hadn’t, it’s probably impossible to find it back now… but, this piece is much prettier! Thank you darling.”

Saying that she tipped her toes up and swiftly gave Li Moying a peck on his cheek.

Li Moying went into a blank and had an overwhelmed look on his face, apparently not expecting his pampered and arrogant little fiancée to automatically throw herself into his arms!

However, before he could even reminisce properly, Huang Yueli had already retreated backwards and at the same time asking, “Other than Profound Armaments and whatever, there’s nothing else?”

Li Moying then regained his senses but he no longer could catch her as he replied helplessly, “This secret room seemed to be a temporary home for some senior from the Cloudy Qilin Clan in the ancient times.”
