Chapter 1199: Untitled

Prince was unaware of what had happened. He was speechless when he saw the soldier monitoring him fossilized in a corner.

Thus, Prince was still wondering if he should run since it was lonely not having anyone watch him.

Magician, on the other hand, couldn’t care less about Prince because he was still under shock from his boss’s words. He wanted No. 10 to shower in his room?! It was earth-shattering!

Magician needed a moment of silence. It was obvious that his boss had no intention of keeping them in the dark but that was restricted to the operations team. It wouldn’t be good if anyone else in the unit knew about this layer of relationship.

It was a tumultuous moment for Magician, especially when the youngster ran over soaked in sweat, asking, “Where’s Captain?”

Magician could feel himself being taunted but he remained at ease when he passed the keys over. “No.10.”

“Yes.” Bo Jiu straightened. Even though she sounded lazy, she still adhered to the military rules.

Magician turned. “Follow me.” He waited until it was just the both of them.

Bo Jiu arched a brow, walking forward towards him.

Meanwhile, Prince was still running. He wanted to hurry so that he could eavesdrop on their conversation. Anyone would be curious!

Magician walked ahead and coughed lightly before speaking in a hushed tone, “Boss wants you to shower in his room.”

“Alright.” Bo Jiu hung a white towel around her neck, chuckling from his words.

Magician: … This was too much! And he was just the messenger…

This reminded him of high school, when the person seated behind him had always made him pass on notes. Honestly, don’t those dating couples think about how singles feel?!

It was obvious that Bo Jiu at this moment couldn’t care less about anyone else’s feelings. Now that she had settled the Almighty, the world seemed like a happier place.

When Magician turned over, the person behind was still smiling. Honestly, he shouldn’t have taken up this task!

Magician paused before adding, “Don’t make it so obvious in the military.”

There were many eyes on his captain now that they were about to go on a mission.

Bo Jiu chuckled. “Don’t worry, I won’t.”

“There must have been many people who asked about you and Captain’s relationship, right?” Magician felt a need to reassure her.

Bo Jiu caressed her jaw. “There were a few.”

“How did you reply?” Magician asked, thinking she had her limits.

Bo Jiu smiled, looking mischievous. “Family.”

With this one word, Magician was dumbfounded. He shouldn’t have asked that question as he was practically being taunted for being single.

Bo Jiu watched as Magician’s face turned green. She reached out and tapped his shoulders, adding, “There are many kinds of family relationships, it doesn’t have to be the one you are thinking about. But do you want to know how I managed to chase Captain?”

Magician refused to listen any further. He kept a straight face and conveyed the message, “Here’s the keys, you can go ahead.” With that, he left running. That youngster was such a tease.

Bo Jiu looked at the keys in her palms, toying with them around but feeling unsatisfied. She finally understood what liking someone felt like. Liking someone was to announce to the whole world as soon as they were together. But now, she didn’t have an audience, which was way too lonely…
