Chapter 164: You Have the Guts to Steal My Man

Luo Han still had filming to do, but no one dared to stop him from leaving.

Yu Xi adjusted the schedule and decided to shoot Lin Wanwan’s part first.

The tough weekend was finally over, and Lin Wanwan returned to school.

Since Lu Zhanbei took Luo Han away from her, Lin Wanwan hadn’t talked to him.

Lu Zhanbei didn’t bother calling her either.

Lin Wanwan peeked at her phone hundreds of times but saw no notification at all.

Trash!

She finally felt better after scolding him in her heart a million times.

She washed up, got into bed, and listened to music while trying to sleep.

After half an hour, she still couldn’t fall asleep.

“I can’t take it anymore!”

She grabbed the phone under her pillow and started drafting a text scolding Lu Zhanbei for his “immoral” behavior.

Before she sent it, she hesitated for a while and replaced it with a new one.

“Lu Zhanbei, where did you take my boyfriend? Did you speak badly of me?”

The message fell on deaf ears.

“Hello, are you there?”

“Hi! Hi!”

Lin Wanwan couldn’t hold her anger upon being ignored multiple times.

“If you have the guts to steal my man, why don’t you dare to say anything now! You stupid turtle, stop hiding in your shell! Reply now!”

“Lu Zhanbei, don’t force me to scold you!”

Lin Wanwan always had a short temper. Si Han once described her as “I’m invincible. If anyone blows my fuse, I’ll fight you to death if I can, and plot against you if I can’t!”

In her current life, she had to keep her temper down due to her humble background. Lu Zhanbei completely ignited her fury this time.

While Lin Wanwan was typing all kinds of vulgarities, someone knocked on her door.

“Who is it?”

No one answered, but the knocking continued.

Lin Wanwan didn’t have to worry about her safety in school, so she hurried to the door after putting on a jacket.

“Coming!”

When she saw the person outside, she stumbled back.

“Lu… Lu Zhanbei?!” She was shocked to the core.

The man standing at the door was in a set of casual outfit with a pair of light blue sliders.

Lin Wanwan wondered if he came straight from Yun Mansion. After a while, she stuttered, “Why… why are you here?”

Lu Zhanbei stood against the light, and his defined facial features looked gentle in the blurry ambiance.

Lu Zhanbei waved his phone. “I’m afraid that you would tear me apart if I arrived any later.”

“…” Lin Wanwan dry-laughed.

I mean, I did want to tear him apart just a minute ago.

“So, you are here to apologize?”

Lu Zhanbei snorted. “Why would I apologize if I did nothing wrong?”

“Bye!” Lin Wanwan shut the door.

Lu Zhanbei blocked the door with one hand as he took out a white bag with the other.

“Is this good enough for you to let me in?”

The golden sparrow looked vivid and lively.

Lin Wanwan clicked her tongue. She wanted to refuse, but her belly said otherwise.

“Come in.” She let him in, not forgetting to close the door shut.

The hostel had a few empty beds, but there was no bedsheet, so they looked dirty.
