Chapter 1777 - Spar I

"Congratulations, little Richard, your daughter has broken the limit," Said the old woman. "Thank You, Matron," He said happily.

He understood the full gravity of his daughter's strength and the benefits she will have in the future due to it. What his daughter had done is very, very few across each generation could do; her strength had broken the limit of Emperor and got the power of Tyrant.

As long she consolidates her strength and improves a little more before she broke into the Tyrant Stage, she will direct a be an Elite, a powerful Elite, with a near guarantee of becoming a leader class Tyrant.

Even he, with all his efforts, is not a leader class Tyrant. Unless he could live for a hundred some years and have some lucky encounters, he will never be able to reach the Leader class like the other 99% Tyrants of Elite Class.

There is a huge insurmountable gap in each class of the Tyrants, and that class became bigger, the higher class is.

While he may not have a chance in his life but his daughter sure has; with current power and her bloodline, she will become leader class Tyrant as long as she survives, and she won't need that long to reach that stage; she will need a decade or two at most to reach that level.

He looked at his daughter proudly for a second more before he turned to the monster his wife have created.

This guy had not used even his Inheritance even when taking his daughter's strongest attack; I wonder how powerful his real strength is. I am not the only one wondering that. Matron and old guys from Academy also thinking about it.

'Matron, we have to get this guy at any cost,' He said telepathically; while he could not read through the matron's thoughts from her expressions, he is sure she will try her all in getting him. They already have the successor of their founder; they now have to get their hands on this guy.

Once both of them are in the Hawthorn Sea, nobody will be able to stop them from reaching even greater heights, even the Grimm Monsters.

"Little guy, your advancement has surprised me; it looks like your time in Devils Gate had been quite beneficial," The old woman said as I walked up to the teacher and others.

"Yes, it was life-changing," I replied respectfully, hearing that her eyes seemed to have flashed for a moment; it is so fast that I even saw it.

To others, it may feel like we are having a normal conversation, but we are not. Matron had asked me something, I replied in affirmation; just like Patriarch Bradford, Matron Mavis was also to reach the Sunlit Dome in her days.

"Good, it looks like I will have to send little jill out adventuring soon; it is not good for her to remain cooped up one place for too long," She said, and she ruffled jills dark hair gently with her shriveled hand.

"Jill, its been long," I said as I greeted my old friend. She had changed in the past year I had not seen her. She had become taller, her hair has become slightly longer, and there is also a faint but very powerful aura swirling around her.

Her strength is unsurprisingly at Tyrant level despite being an Emperor, and from what I could concur, she would be able to defeat Elina without any problem.

Her strength nor surprising; if she could not have such strength, then she wouldn't have deserved the legendary Inheritance she has. While she is powerful, I have confidence that I could defeat her, though I will have to summon my armor and use at least one powerful move to defeat her.

"Yes, its been quite long, and you did not disappoint me at all," She replied. "Well, your progress is not bad; it will be very difficult for other than Tyrants to defeat you," I praised, but it made her arched her eyebrows a question.

"But you think you could defeat me," She asked, and there is a challenge in her voice. "Yes, I like to believe that I could," I challenged back.

The aggressiveness in her nature is a little surprising but should not be; seeing the pressure she is under, even I felt quite intimidated when I think about the pressure she must be under all the time.

Her predecessor has made such a deep impact on the world that people couldn't help but compare her every action to that legend, and it must be frustrating.

Mostly I had been saved from such pressure, teacher did not pressure me, and since my identity was revealed as the host of celestial Inheritance, I have not much shown my face in public, so I do not feel that much pressure from outside.

That doesn't mean I did not feel any pressure at all; I feel great pressure. I had got a complete look at Her Excellencies Inheritance, and it is mind-blowing, especially the Tyrant part; the more I looked at it, the more impressed Ive became.

It seemed like, like me, she also got a wake-up call about her Inheritance when she was at the Emperor Stage as the Tyrant part is extremely different from that of those below; she kept the basic ideas and changed everything else in her Inheritance.

The Tyrant design of her Inheritance has even surpassed the ones in books. Before, my knowledge was insufficient to see the mastery in it, but now, I have enough knowledge, I could understand her design and couldn't help but feel awe.

"Micheal, would you like to go for a round of spar, see whether you could beat me?" She asked with a familiar smile, and the way she asked me reminded me of old jill, the person I saw in that small realm, the person who is filled with joy and could see happiness in everything.

Hearing her, I know that person is still there, had not disappeared as I assumed it for a moment.

"Sure, I like to see what advancements you have made in the past year," I said, accepting her challenge for a spar.
