After Fu Hua and Jia Li arrived at the Fu House in City X, they began to gather their things and in between that, Grandfather Fu called Fu Hua to his study to find out about their trip to Jia Li's hometown.

Grandfather Fu listened for a while before commenting.

"It's not right to judge without knowing the full details. If Jia Li wants to find out about her maiden family, we will help her. But for now, without her permission, we can't do anything."

Fu Hua nodded in response before asking, " When are you leaving?"

"I'm waiting for you both to move out first. I don't want to leave and hear stories that your mother bullied Jia Li, I will not be happy and, I will not tolerate it." Grandfather Fu said.

"I have an appointment that was moved forward, so after meeting with the person tomorrow morning, I will move out with Jia, and then you can travel." Fu Hua calmly said to him.

Remember that Fu Hua was supposed to meet with the wife of the minister? Well, something came up from their side, so the appointment was moved to another day.

"Remember you have to take good care of Jia Li and learn to build a good relationship with her. I won't be there to keep my eyes on you, but I believe that since I raised you, you will do the right thing." Grandfather Fu said with a serious gaze on Fu Hua.

Fu Hua gazed back at him with this reply...

"Grandfather, you don't have to keep reminding me of that. I already promised to treat Jia Li well. But you also need to stop making some decisions for her, because you might be doing more harm to her than good."

"What harm can I cause to my favorite person?" Grandfather Fu asked with an astonished look.

"Why do you want her to come to FJ? You should know the competition is very high there, and she may end up getting bullied." Fu Hua asked as he wanted to know his grandfather's reasons.

"Why would she be bullied when you are there? You better take good care of her!" Grandfather Fu warned in a serious tone.

From Fu Hua's words, he could tell he didn't have any plans of helping Jia Li out when it came to her working in FJ, so he had to warn him immediately.

Fu Hua still had his gaze on him and watched him continue to talk.

"The reason I want Jia Li to go to FJ Styles, it's because that is the place that will bring out the best in her. You may not know this, but Jia Li is very talented, so she needs a place with high competition like FJ to be able to unleash her talents. This will be to your advantage, and you will thank me later." Grandfather Fu said with a smile.

Fu Hua's brows creased in a frown. He doesn't know what his old man was thinking, but there was no way he was going to pay full attention to him.

"Grandfather, Jia Li is my wife, and it is right that I should take care of her. But Jia Li is also an adult who can make decisions herself. I hope you know you shouldn't take that right from her." Fu Hua reminded him.

Grandfather Fu sighed. "Do you think I'm controlling her? I'm only doing what I feel it's best for her. Alright, I will listen to you. But you have to make sure she does the right thing because I wouldn't want her to suffer."

"I know. I have to leave now." Fu Hua said as he got up and left the study.

The next day, Fu Hua went to work, and Jia Li went to school. Jia Li has been absent from school for a few days, so she had so many things to catch up with.

Fu Hua on the other hand was a big Boss who had lots of people under him to help him out, and he didn't need to come to work every day.

Today, Jia Li came home from school around 2 pm. And immediately she came back, she went straight to the bedroom to wash up before she sat on Fu Hua's desk and started to sketch with her sketchbook.

She had an assignment to work on an exquisite outfit for spring, and the earlier she started, the earlier she would be able to handle the challenges before the submission date.

Not only was Jia Li and her colleagues asked to make a design draft, but they were also asked to make the dresses they designed in their sketchbooks.

Jia Li wanted to sketch the perfect dress, but she felt she wasn't getting so many things right, so she kept tearing out the drafts and throwing them on the floor.

When Fu Hua came back and walked into the room, that was the scene he saw. He frowned when he saw the papers littered on the floor.

He saw how busy Jia Li was and wondered what she was up to, so he walked towards her before stopping after a few steps as he lowered his body to pick up one of the paper crumbles.

Jia Li was into her sketch, so she didn't notice that Fu Hua had returned and even walked to her side to pick up one of the pieces of paper she crumbled and threw away.

Unfolding the paper, Fu Hua saw the half-finished sketch. He went on to pick the rest and also had a good glance at them. He could tell that Jia Li was good at designing, but he hasn't seen that special art in her.

Fu Hua thought so, maybe because he hasn't seen all the mind-blowing finished designs Jia Li has in her first sketchbook.

Jia Li has different sketchbooks, and the first one she has was used whenever she got inspiration. And because her inspiration or creativity is triggered sometimes, Jia Li can use that first sketchbook to put down mind-blowing creativity.

Jia Li has one sketchbook she normally takes out with her, in case she is in the mood to try out something.

She also has one she used for her school assignments and all of that.

At the end of each successful sketch, she would put down the date she designed the draft, and would sometimes give a name to the design draft.
