Chapter 670 Her troubled emotions ”No! There is no solution to it, don’t worry, I will handle it.” Jia Li said immediately. Her expression at this moment exposed the fact that she was hiding something.

Fu Hua was surprised by her outburst, and Jia Li knowing that she let her emotions out of control, sighed and was about to apologize…

”I…I…” Jia Li managed to say with shaky hands, before rushing out of the bed and into the inner room with lightning speed.

Fu Hua saw that her facial expression didn’t look good when she was running away, but he thought she just wanted to escape from him, so followed her.

Fu Hua just got to the bathroom door only to hear her wrenching her guts out. Afraid that something was wrong he pushed the open at lightning speed, only to see Jia Li’s head buried in the toilet seat.

Fu Hua quickly rushed to her side to pull her up, and then, he saw that her face looked very pale, and her body was shaking.

”Sweetheart, what’s wrong?” Fu Hua asked in an afraid tone.

”Don’t shake me.” Jia Li managed to say before burying her head in the toilet seat again.

Fu Hua saw that she still had something more to throw up and left her while watching her closely with a frown covering his entire face.

A minute later, Jia Li raised her head and was breathing heavily, “I almost vomited my gall bladder! Gush, my throat is so bitter now!”

”Why are you vomiting all of a sudden, did you eat something bad?” Fu Hua asked as he tried to help her up but then noticed that her body was shaken.

He was done having her say that nothing was wrong with her. His worry turned to annoyance as he asked while helping her towards the sink to clean up.

”Jia Li, can you talk to me? I am your husband, and we are supposed to share everything with each other.”

”I said I’m fine.” Jia Li said breathlessly while approaching the sink, before rinsing her mouth and washing her face with him holding her steadily from behind.

”How can you be fine when you are throwing up, breathing heavily and your hands are shaking repeatedly?” Fu Hua asked as he passed her a face towel to wipe her face.

Jia Li took the face towel to wipe her face and handed it back to him after she was done. There is no need to deny that nothing was wrong with her when the signs were clearly visible.

Jia Li sighed and spoke steadily while still staring at herself in the mirror, “I’m sorry for lying. I thought I would be better today than yesterday.”

”So, what is wrong with you?” Fu Hua asked as he came back to her side again. They both were staring at themselves in the mirror. Fu Hua had a serious expression on his face while Jia Li looked tired.

Turning to face him whole relaxing her back and hands on the sink to hold her balance, Jia Li looked him in the eye and replied, “There is nothing serious wrong with me. I’m this way because I’m nervous, anxious, and afraid.”

”And what’s the reason you have these emotions? Surely, something must have caused it.” Fu Hua asked.

’Should I tell him?’ Jia Li thought to herself. Right now, her thoughts were conflicted. She didn’t know if she should tell Fu Hua what was actually wrong with her, or just keep mute and wave it off, so he wouldn’t be bothered like her.

Jia Li shut her eyes and brought a hand to her face, forgetting that it was still shaking, and when Fu Hua caught sight of it, his frown deepened.

”It’s clear to me that you are not going to say anything. Brush your teeth, I will be right back with a cup of hot tea, just make sure you don’t sleep and fall till I come back.”

After saying that to her, Fu Hua walked away. His back doesn’t reveal his thoughts and any emotion apart from frustration.

Yes, he was frustrated because of his wife’s inability to talk to him about her troubles. Jia Li saw this and felt bad. She thought it wouldn’t be bad if she protected him from worries.

She was going through an emotional problem, and she knew how it feels, so she didn’t want him to be in the same situation as her. For her, one of them still had to stay sane, because she was almost going crazy.

Jia Li tried the simplest breathing technique to calm her nerves down. She breathed in and out a few times before she felt a little better.

She picked up her toothbrush and put some toothpaste on it and began to brush her teeth while thinking about a lot of things.

When Fu Hua returned with the cup of hot tea, she was just coming out from the inner room.

”Come and sit here.” Fu Hua instructed with his gaze on her.

Jia Li paused in her steps to take a look at his facial expression and then at the cup of tea he set on the table for her, before going over to sit obediently.

Fu Hua blew on the hot tea for some seconds before handing it to her. “It’s still a bit hot, but you can sip it, and that way, it will work.”

Fu Hua had brought a cup of chamomile tea to calm her nerves. The scent of the tea was already working, even before Jia Li could taste it.

There was this brief calming sensation Jia Li felt when she perceived the tea scent. And at last, when she tasted it, she felt peace within her.

”Thank you!” Jia Li said softly after a few sips from the tea.

”Do you feel a little bit better now?” Fu Hua asked from the side, and she nodded in response.

Fu Hua checked the time from the table clock on the nightstand before turning to say to her, “If you still don’t feel better after breakfast today, take some hours off from work, or you can take the entire day off if you don’t feel better. I will take you to the hospital after work today.”
