Jia Li was about to interrupt when he picked up a piece of braised pork with his chopsticks and sent it into her mouth.

"Don't talk and eat your food. Why would you want to hit the child you went through a lot of troubles to give birth to. You should pet our daughter, I'm not asking you not to discipline her but do not to hit her." Fu Hua said.

Jia Li wanted to say something but how could she do that when Fu Hua used food to stop her from talking?

After having lunch together, Jia Li went back to her office and after work that day, Fu Hua took her to meet their wedding planner, so they could make their decisions on some items that will be used on their wedding.

The Huang family left for the City immediately after visiting Huang Li's grave. And when they came back home, Old Mr. Huang was sitting in the living room waiting to lash at them or probably send them out but thankfully, he was standing alone as the others supported Old Mrs. Huang's actions.

When Old Mrs. Huang and her son and daughter came home, Old Mr. Huang stopped them.

"Where do you think you are going to?" Old Mr. Huang asked in a stern voice.

"Father, are you not going to ask us how our journey was instead of asking that question?" The First Daughter of the Huang family asked.

Old Mr. Huang said angrily, "You still have the guts to stand there and ask me questions? I told you and your mother never to return to this place if you go out to search for that worthless child!"

Old Mrs. Huang cut him off immediately and said while pointing at him, "Don't you dare call my child worthless! If you want me to leave this house, then I will leave with my children and grandchildren or you will rewind time and return my youth to me, so I can marry another person than to marry a heartless and wicked man like you!"

Never in history has the mistress of the Huang family ever spoken this way to the patriarch of the Huang family. In fact, if it was in the past, she wouldn't dare to do anything to infuriate him, talk more of speaking to him in such a manner but today, she really proved that she was not the same coward that he got married to.

"Did you say all that to me just now?!" Old Mr. Huang asked with his trembling fingers pointed at her. He was so shocked that the quiet woman he married dared to flare up and use such ugly words on him, while in front of the children.

"Yes, I dare to talk to you that way! You have lost my respect. You don't act like a human and you are not fit to be the Patriarch of this family! I and my children will go into our rooms and nothing will happen. But if you want to lose everything you are proud of, try and send us out of this house!" Old Mrs. Huang said angrily, to the surprise of everyone present. She was really bold and courageous now and her children loved that about her.

Without waiting for her husband's reaction, she turned to her first son and said to him, "Contact the Fu family and help me seek an audience with Old General Fu, tell him the matter is urgent and has something to do with his granddaughter-in-law."

"Yes mother, I will do that right away!" The first son replied and after receiving his response, Old Mrs. Huang's heart became at ease and she went on to walk away to the anger of her husband.

Old Mr. Huang was furious at the level of disrespect his wife showed him in front of their children and some of their grandchildren and he was sure that even the servants must have seen and heard all of the commotions.

Never has this man who has been in authority in the whole Huang family and politically ever been insulted like the way his wife just treated him.

He knew that after today, he wouldn't have that much right to command and instruct anyone again and thinking about this made him very angry.

Also, his wife threatened to leave with his defendants if he asked her to leave the house again and this made him wonder when she developed the authority to challenge him.

Back at Jia Li's hometown or rather close to Jia Li's hometown where Mu Keer was leaving, things were not going so well for her.

This was someone that was just given a lot of money and should be excited and eating good food with her famil, but that was not the case.

After the first daughter of the Huang family left Mu Keer's place, Mu Keer went inside and asked her daughter for a cup of water so she could drink to calm her never down.

After drinking the water, she checked the time and saw that 10 minutes has passed but her son was nowhere to be seen, so she sent her daughter to take the list and go to find him. She asked her to take about ¥300 from him to buy the items on the list.

Two hours later, her daughter and her son were not back yet. She wasn't that worried about her daughter since she went to the market to buy so much stuff but she was worried about her son who should be home by now with the big sum of money in his hands.

Mu Keer was restless and kept on pacing up and down her small living room while wondering what was holding her son.

Some minutes later, she got news from her son that the money he ran away with, was snatched from him by some thugs and when he tried to chase after them for the money, he got beaten up.

Mu Keer was not touched by her son's story or by the bruises he sustained but all her attention was on the money.

Mu Keer pushed by the shoulder and asked in a shocked tone, "I'm not interested in all the stories you are telling me, where is the money I gave to you?"
