Chapter 441: Saying what shouldn’t be said
Currently, Yuna, Hinata, Sasuke, and Boruto were walking through the corridors of the Uzumaki compound’s most prominent building. Naturally, this was Yuna’s residence, and by now, Sasuke was pretty confident that Yuna deliberately showed him things that would shock him, despite not really knowing how Yuna would know what would shock him.
By now, Sasuke’s mental faculties had taken quite a few hits, and he immediately realized that the ride was far from over when a big fox rounded one of the corners in front of him.
“Are you kidding me?”
The fox was about to say something when it heard Sasuke’s words and frowned. First, it looked at Sasuke, and after observing him for a short time, its eyes landed on Boruto, resulting in its frown deepening.
After a short moment of observing, the fox gave Yuna a seething glare before turning around and walking away.
“I don’t want anything to do with this nonsense.”
Those were the fox’s last words before it vanished behind the corner where it came from. Although Yuna and Boruto didn’t seem to react to what just happened, Sasuke couldn’t help but ask, despite knowing he would regret it.
“That was the Kyubi, wasn’t it?”
“Mhh? Oh, yeah, that was him. Well, part of him. Most of him is still within Naruto and me.”
Sasuke nodded his head while noticing that Yuna didn’t use the word “seal” in her explanation, giving him a good hint about the current situation.
“Is he always roaming around the compound like that?”
“Yeah, but usually, he mingles with the Sanbi and the Jinchuuriki of the Nanabi.”
Sasuke’s eyes became empty when he heard Yuna’s explanation. In his timeline, it was already vastly acknowledged that the bijuu weren’t just some mindless beasts, but he couldn’t understand how that notion spread in this one already. Additionally, he couldn’t help but wonder why so many of them were happily roaming around in the middle of Konoha.
“I recommend petting him; his fur is ridiculously soft.”
Sasuke glanced at Hinata, who just said that, and couldn’t help but be surprised by her words. Obviously, he knew that Naruto became friends with the Kyuubi, or rather, Kurama, at one point, but he didn’t think Kurama would allow anyone to treat him like a pet. Apparently, he was wrong.
‘Seriously, what’s with this timeline. Why is everything so… I don’t even know how to describe it.’
“The term you are looking for is: ‘So Yuna’.”
Hinata saw a somewhat familiar struggle in Sasuke’s eyes, so he decided to helpfully supply him with what he was looking for.
‘So Yuna? What does she mean by that? Does she want me to add it my unasked question? How did she know what I was thinking? Oh, well, should I just give it a try? Let’s see. Why is everything in this timeline so Yuna? IT FITS!!!’
Sasuke gratefully nodded towards Hinata before continuing to follow Yuna deeper into her residence.
Moments later, they reached the correct room, and as Sasuke entered, he saw three couches arranged into a “U” form.
‘Why is it three? Wouldn’t two be enough? Oh well, guess she just chose the nearest room.’
While those idle thoughts were coursing through Sasuke’s head, Yuna and Hinata sat down on one couch, while Sasuke and Boruto sat down on the opposite one.
“So…”
*BANG*
“NO HAVING FUN WITHOUT ME!!!”
Sasuke was just about to start explaining why he and Boruto were here when the door burst open, and a woman with light brown, pupil-less eyes, violet hair that had tings of red in them, and a somewhat big snake loosely wrapped around her body burst into the room.
“Oh, Anko, just in time, sit down.”
Sasuke’s eyes widened in surprise when he saw Anko. He was pretty good at seeing through someone’s strength, and he couldn’t help but notice that the Anko in front of him was very strong. Much stronger than her older counterpart. Additionally, he noticed that he couldn’t feel anything from Hinata at all, shocking him. It was as if she was a simple civilian without enough chakra to use even basic ninjutsu, but he didn’t believe that for even a second.
While Sasuke thought about how Anko managed to reach such a high level of power so early and why he couldn’t get a feel for Hinata’s strength at all, Anko sat down next to Yuna and gave her a kiss, immediately making Sasuke’s face deadpan.
‘I see, it’s Yuna.’
“Ah, why did you kiss her!? Isn’t Yu…*cough* s-stepmother together with mom, you know!?”
A toothy grin appeared on Anko’s face when she heard Boruto’s words, and she immediately glanced at Hinata, making her facepalm.
“Wow, not bad, Hinata. Who is the lucky father?”
“Hehe, it’s Naruto. Can you beliefe it, Anko? Hinata actually cheated on me and had a child with Naruto behind my back *sniff*.”
Although Yuna chuckled at the start of her sentence, tears were flowing out of her eyes like a river at its end, making Hinata roll her eyes and Anko chuckle in amusement.
Before Yuna could continue her act, Hinata started speaking.
“Yuna is a massive pervert who wants to build a harem filled with women for herself and…”
“Hinata is one of the perverts who decided to get in on the action.”
Before Hinata could finish her explanation, Anko interrupted her and delivered her own “helpful” commentary, resulting in Hinata blushing in shame. She wanted to retort, but what was she even supposed to say in the current situation.
Yuna noticed that the situation was in a bit of a slump and that Sasuke seemed to have slowly managed to stabilize his crumbling mind, so she decided to advance the conversation.
“Anyway, I might as well get the introductions out of the way. This is Anko; she is part of my harem. Anko, this is Burrito; he’s my stepson…”
“Damnit, I told you it’s Boruto!!!”
“… this is Sasuke, you know, the one who always turns into a woman, but from the future.”
“Damnit, isn’t that your fault!?”
“Ah, I see, he is the one who always turns into a woman to masturbate.”
“WHAT THE HELL!? WHAT DID YOU DO TO THE ME OF THIS TIMELINE!?”
While Sasuke was yelling, Boruto looked at him with a disappointed expression, giving Sasuke’s mind another good jab.
However, Boruto quickly realized something else when he thought about the introductions he had just heard. His eyes widened as he connected the dots and pointed at Anko.
“AH, YOU ARE THAT FAT JONIN INSTRUCTOR!!!”
The air solidified.
Momenta later, a dangerous glint passed through Anko’s eyes as the aura of a predator hunting its prey engulfed the room, making Boruto shiver in fear.
“Ho? So you think I’m fat, hehehe.”
Eery laughter echoed through the room, making Boruto tremble in fear.
“N-N-No, t-that’s not why I m-meant. I-It’s y-you ate so many D-Dango and…”
“Hehehe, it seems it’s time for some discipline~”
Anko menacingly stood up and started slowly walking towards, Boruto. He sent a pleading glance at Sasuke; however, he only averted his eyes.
‘I’m sorry, Boruto. There is nothing I can do for you. Let this be a lesson for you not to speak before thinking through what you want to say. And just in case: Rest in Peace.’
Meanwhile, Boruto was slowly getting backed into a corner as neither the windows nor the door would budge in the slightest.
“C-C-Can’t we t-talk about this!? I-I s-swear I d-didn’t mean it. I… no, don’t come closer. No, no, NO, MERCY!”
“Hehehe, no~”
“NOOOOO!!!”
