Chapter 334: Was It a Good or Bad Thing?

When he heard the way that she was calling to him in a clear voice trying to gain his favor, Si Mobai was a little moved and stopped. “I can take a look, but you have to always call my name this way from now on.”

“You’re taking advantage of the situation.” Feng Tianlan widened her eyes, but his legs started moving again, so she quickly continued, “Alright! I’ll agree to it. But only in private. I will call you what I want in front of other people.”

Si Mobai hesitated for a while, then stopped walking. “Alright.” But after looking at her back, it was still up to him to decide what to do next.

He put Feng Tianlan down with her back facing him. Si Mobai turned around and looked coldly at Zhang Tiancheng, scaring him into turning around quickly.

When no other men were looking, Si Mobai started to undo her clothes. He frowned when he saw where the wound was supposed to be.

“How’s my back? Any changes?” Feng Tianlan asked anxiously. She did feel that something was different about her injury. It was as if it had all healed up.

Si Mobai looked at her beautifully smooth and pale back. The frightening wound was gone, and there was only a clover-shaped mark on her backbone.

“How is it?” Feng Tianlan could feel her skin being touched. She felt rough fingers moving around her, making her back feel warm.

Si Mobai gently touched the clover-shaped scar, which looked like a birthmark. It had only been a short while, so how was her back already completely healed?

“Si Mobai!” Feng Tianlan’s voice sounded angry now. Surely this man wasn’t taking this chance to take advantage of her, right?

Si Mobai rubbed the clover scar a little harder and felt her tremble. He frowned worriedly and asked, “Does it hurt?”

“No.” It was just a little itchy and warm.

Luo Yunzhu had remained at the sidelines until she finally couldn’t stand it anymore. She didn’t care less anymore about whether he was the god of war or the god of death. He couldn’t stop her from going over to see Tianlan’s wound. So, she peeked out her head and saw that smooth and clean back. She froze instantly. “You’re all healed?”

Si Mobai frowned, took a coat from his storage space, and wrapped it tightly around Feng Tianlan. Besides him, nobody else was allowed to see such an intimate part of her body.

When Luo Yunzhu saw this, she didn’t dare roll her eyes at Si Mobai. Instead, she looked up and rolled her eyes at the sky. The Wargod was so petty, not allowing her to even see at Tianlan’s back. Mind you, she had applied medicine for Tianlan many times and had seen everything long ago!

“Everything’s really all healed up?” Zhang Tiancheng could finally turn his head back. When he saw how well-protected Feng Tianlan was by Si Mobai, he felt that the Wargod wasn’t anything like what the legends said.

Just from spending these few days together, he had observed the Wargod’s attitude toward Boss, and it was indeed much better than that Supreme, Xi Jin. At least the Wargod had better judgment. On the contrary, Xi Jin had even helped Tu Xiupei.

Feng Tianlan lifted her right hand and waved it in front of them. “Look, the scab on my hand has completely fallen away.”

After Si Mobai applied the medicine, the bleeding stopped and formed a scab. A little while later, the scab fell off. Her hand looked like it had never been injured.

“That’s amazing.” Luo Yunzhu excitedly hooked Feng Tianlan’s arm. “Tianlan, you’ve gained a blessing through this terrible turn of events. Looks like this thing can help you heal in an instant.”

Feng Tianlan smiled faintly. She didn’t know if it was a good or bad thing to be able to heal instantly, but as long as this ability didn’t pose any threats before she could exact her revenge, then it was definitely a wonderful thing.

Si Mobai’s face grew grim. He didn’t think this was a blessing at all. It was potentially very dangerous.

Chuling thought about the creepy scene during the attack earlier. Weakly, she said, “I remember how, in the end, those vines only aimed for Miss.”
